Due to the time required to create your perfect cover, all custom designs need to be scheduled in advance. I usually book custom covers two to four weeks in advance. But if you need your design faster, it is possible but there might be an extra charge for designs needed in one week or less.

Please fill out the custom cover design form when scheduling your design.

Two draft covers will be designed based on your answers. These will be sent to you within 5 days of booking. After receiving drafts, I will ask for your feedback in order to make any revisions needed to your chosen cover. The revision process can take anywhere from just a few days to a week depending on number of revisions needed.

Due to the size of your files, your cover will be sent to you via dropbox.

You will also receive the following extras.

3D mock ups of your book for advertising purposes. (Ebook, or Ebook and print depending on your package)
A Style Sheet (including the fonts and colors used in your design to help you to create marketing material for your book)
A Transparent PNG of your title (That can be used for interior formatting and any marketing material you wish to do.)

PLEASE NOTE A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CUSTOMER COVERS IN ADVANCE AT THE TIME OF SCHEDULING THE DEDIGN. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE BEFORE YOU RECEIVE YOUR FINAL FILES.

*Some authors use more than one company for their print on demand (POD) books. For example Kindle Direct Publishing, IngramSpark, Draft2Digital, and Barnes and Noble Press. Each company has different print sizing requirements. Packages include a print-ready PDF cover are for one POD company. Additional sizes for multiple POD companies are $25 each platform.*
